Weekly Menu, 6/14 - 6/20

Monday: (car shopping all day, then feeding missionaries) Pizza & watermelon

Tuesday: (Farmer's market/Zac at a meeting) Fruit at the market & then topped off with some McD's nuggets.

Wednesday: (Z @ work - taking dinner to a friend) Poppyseed chicken, brown rice, carrot sticks

Thursday: (Z @ work) Baked spaghetti, broiled toast, peas

Friday: Brown sugar meatloaf, steamed green beans, onion roasted potatoes

Saturday: Crockpot porkchops, baked potatoes/gravy, steamed broccoli

Sunday: Cranberry Catalina chicken, corn on the cob, Pasta-roni, salad

  1. ahhh thanks Michelle...Yes I am the friend she delivered to on Wednesday and can I say that my kids have never ben so protective over their food. They faught for seconds and cried when its was finally all gone. LOL Can I just eat at your house every night Michelle specially when youre makign desserts. LOL Thanks So Much for you time and preperation to help me out admists you own chaos.

  2. Thanks, Keri! You're so very welcome! I'm happy your family liked it. It's one of my dad's favorites, too, so I made sure to have them over to enjoy some of our share! I forgot to tell you that you're supposed to spoon the chicken over the rice - but hopefully you figured that out! And if not, sounds like it was good separated, too! LOL
